  • Portal usage data: Login timestamps, session activity, and feature usage for business owner accounts on the Silicon Hills platform.
  • Payment information: Billing details processed by Stripe on behalf of business clients. Silicon Hills Technology does not store, transmit, or have access to raw card numbers.
  • Technical data: Browser cookies, session identifiers, and analytics data collected automatically when interacting with our platform.

3. How We Collect It

We collect personal information through the following means:

  • Emma AI phone agent: Captures caller information during inbound calls routed through client business phone lines powered by Vapi voice infrastructure.
  • Web forms and portal interactions: Information submitted directly through the Silicon Hills business dashboard.
  • Third-party integrations: Data received from Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), and Vapi (AI voice infrastructure) in the course of delivering our services.
  • Automated tracking: Cookies and session tokens set automatically when you access our platform to maintain authentication and session state.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Delivering AI-powered lead capture and notification services to field service businesses.
  • Creating and managing service requests in client CRM systems on behalf of the business you contacted.
  • Sending SMS and email confirmations to callers regarding their service requests.
  • Sending lead notifications and summaries to business owners.
  • Improving AI agent performance and service quality through anonymized usage analysis.
  • Billing and payment processing for business client subscriptions.

5. SMS Consent and Opt-Out

By engaging with our Emma AI phone agent during an inbound call, callers consent to receive SMS communications related to their service request from the business they contacted.

  • Every SMS we send includes clear opt-out instructions (reply STOP to unsubscribe).
  • Opt-out requests are honored immediately and logged to prevent future messages.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
  • Message frequency varies based on service activity and is not fixed.
  • Reply HELP to any message for support contact information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share data only as necessary to deliver our services, with the following parties:

  • Twilio: SMS delivery infrastructure.
  • Stripe: Secure payment processing for business subscriptions.
  • Supabase: Encrypted database hosting for all platform data.
  • Vapi: AI voice infrastructure powering the Emma phone agent.
  • Client businesses: The field service business whose phone line you called. Your lead information is shared with that business as the primary purpose of our service.

We do not share data with advertising networks, data brokers, or unaffiliated third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law:

  • Call and lead data: Retained for 2 years from the date of collection.
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years in accordance with financial recordkeeping requirements.
  • SMS logs: Retained for 1 year from the date of the message.
  • Portal usage data: Retained for the duration of the active business account plus 1 year.

To request deletion of your data, email privacy@siliconhillstechnology.com. Deletion requests will be honored within 30 days subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for use by adults engaging with field service businesses. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that data from a minor has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
